FiTok(이하 "본 앱")은 별도의 서버 없이 같은 Wi‑Fi 네트워크에 연결된 기기끼리 직접 통신하는 P2P 채팅 앱입니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.

1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보

없습니다. 본 앱에는 서버가 없으며, 개발자는 사용자의 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 계정 생성 절차가 없습니다.

2. 기기 내부 및 로컬 네트워크에서 처리되는 정보

• 표시 이름 — 채팅에서 본인을 식별하기 위해 사용자가 직접 입력합니다. 같은 Wi‑Fi의 다른 기기에만 전송되어 표시되며, 앱을 종료하면 사라집니다. 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 채팅 메시지 — 같은 로컬 네트워크의 다른 기기로만 직접 전송됩니다 (Wi‑Fi 브로드캐스트/멀티캐스트/유니캐스트). 어떠한 서버도 경유하거나 저장하지 않으며, 세션 동안 기기 메모리에만 보관되고 앱 종료 시 삭제됩니다.
• Wi‑Fi 네트워크 정보(브로드캐스트 주소) — 같은 서브넷으로 패킷을 보내기 위해 기기에서 읽을 뿐, 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.

3. 권한

본 앱은 로컬 네트워크 통신만을 위해 다음 권한을 사용합니다: INTERNET, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE. 위치 권한이나 기타 민감 권한은 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 추적

본 앱은 분석 도구, 광고, 제3자 SDK를 일절 포함하지 않으며, 어떠한 추적도 하지 않습니다.

5. 다른 사용자에게 보이는 정보

같은 Wi‑Fi에 있는 다른 사용자는 사용자가 입력한 이름과 보낸 메시지를 볼 수 있습니다. 공유해도 괜찮은 내용만 보내시기 바랍니다. 본 앱은 부적절한 사용자에 대한 신고 및 차단 기능을 제공합니다.

6. 데이터 보관

이름과 메시지는 기기 메모리에만 존재하며 영구 저장되지 않습니다. 앱을 종료하면 모두 삭제됩니다.

7. 아동 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

FiTok Privacy Policy

FiTok ("the App") is a serverless, peer‑to‑peer chat app in which devices on the same Wi‑Fi network communicate directly with each other. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information the developer collects

None. The App has no server. The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no sign‑up or account creation.

2. Information processed on your device and local network

• Display name — entered by you to identify yourself in chat. It is sent only to other devices on the same Wi‑Fi and is discarded when the App closes. It is never sent to any developer server.
• Chat messages — sent directly to other devices on the same local network (Wi‑Fi broadcast/multicast/unicast). They never pass through or are stored on any server, exist only in device memory during the session, and are cleared when the App closes.
• Wi‑Fi network information (broadcast address) — read on‑device only to send packets on your subnet; it never leaves your device.

3. Permissions

The App uses the following permissions solely for local network communication: INTERNET, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE. It does not use location or other sensitive permissions.

4. Third parties and tracking

The App contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third‑party SDKs, and performs no tracking.

5. Information visible to other users

Other users on the same Wi‑Fi can see the name you choose and the messages you send. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. The App provides report and block features for inappropriate users.

6. Data retention

Names and messages exist only in device memory and are not persisted. Everything is deleted when the App closes.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
